02 · Structural Works

The bones of the building.

Cast-in-place concrete, structural steel, post-tensioned slabs, formwork systems. Engineered for Malaysian seismic envelopes and monsoon loadings. We pour as if the rebar will be inspected at handover — because sometimes it is.

03 · Fine Finishing

Where craft becomes visible.

04 · Scheduled Maintenance

Pre-empt, don't react.

Annual maintenance contracts for commercial and industrial estates. Quarterly inspections, predictive replacements, and a 24-hour callout window for our contract clients. Most of our maintenance jobs are for buildings we built ourselves — which means we know exactly what's behind every wall.
