Road resurfacing, earthworks, ground stabilisation, stormwater channels, and access roads. Past contracts include MPSJ USJ 6 road resurfacing (RM 944,661), Prasarana Cheras earthworks (RM 577,238), JKR Petaling drainage works, and Pejabat Daerah Petaling futsal courts.

02 · Building Construction

From workshops to staff quarters — full new-build delivery.

End-to-end building construction for industrial, commercial, residential and institutional clients. Recent contracts include the Prasarana Subang Depot workshop refurbishment (RM 2.47M), the MRT Sungai Buloh MSCP (RM 1.78M), and the FGV Bukit Mendi staff quarters — five semi-detached blocks comprising ten units (RM 2.45M).

04 · Maintenance, Landscape & Cleaning

Buildings stay maintained, grounds stay cared for.

Annual maintenance contracts, landscape upkeep, area cleaning, and minor civil rectifications. NLS has held landscape-maintenance contracts with Majlis Perbandaran Subang Jaya (MPSJ) for Zone 14 Puchong, and routine maintenance contracts with POS Malaysia and Sime Darby Property — including waterproofing, drainage repairs, and rectification works.

Joint walk-through, defects list capped at one page. Keys when it's right.

Warranty & care

12-month workmanship warranty. Optional annual maintenance contract.
